Breathing Sculptures

Entre architecture et sculpture, toujours pris dans la puissance des lieux, le travail de Pablo Reinoso avec sa série de « Breathing Sculptures » semble partir du plus intime, la respiration humaine, au plus immatériel et abstrait. « Que des coussins en monochromes ou sous vitrines respirent, que le divan de l’analyste demeure rythmé par le mouvement du corps absent, ou que The Last chair d’un Warhol revisité garde encore la trace de la respiration humaine d’un coussin-souffle, apparaissant et disparaissant : tel est sans doute l’un des fils conducteurs du travail de Pablo Reinoso, des Respirantes aux Persistantes, ou au dispositif miroirique et polysensoriel des Ménines. » (Christine Buci-Glucksmann)
